Emilio’s Ballato è uno dei ristoranti che ha fatto la storia della cucina italoamericana a New York City. Emilio e Anthony Vitolo ricostruiscono le vicende di questo leggendario locale, così amato anche dalle star del cinema, per poi presentare uno dei piatti iconici della tradizione italoamericana: la Chicken Parm. Una cotoletta di pollo arricchita con pomodoro e formaggio, nata a New York e diventata uno dei comfort food più apprezzati negli Stati Uniti, così com’è, in forma di sandwich ma anche sulla pasta.

  2. The way you cooked it is very unhealthy. Also the sauce was pink and not tomato-red. The amount of Parmigiano cheese is triple what is needed, adding more unhealthfulness to the dish.

  9. Can someone please tell me what the hell is going on with the chicken breasts in the tri-state area…all of a sudden it’s tough, grainy and stringy…😮and it’s disgusting to eat…😢 anyone else experiencing this new phenomenon…

  12. I lived in the apartment above Emelio's place in the 80's and 90's and ate there 3 or so times a week. I'm happy to see he's still going strong ❤
