I’m interested in hearing about anything, but bonus for recipes that are slightly thickened somehow. Also, it doesn’t have to be fancy. If you like a drink that’s usually cold but you heat it up, like hot Tang, let us know about it. ¡Viva la revolución!

I made Champurrado this morning, using this recipe as a starting point. I added almond extract instead of vanilla, so it would taste more like Mexican hot chocolate. 1/4 C masa to 4 C liquid, which gave it a consistency similar to half-and-half. Says to cook for 20 minutes, but it needed to boil only for a couple of minutes for the raw taste to disappear from the masa.
