Super simple recipe I found on YouTube. Three pounds of chicken breast, two cans of cream of chicken soup, a can of mixed veggies, a ton of pepper, and dried herbs from the cupboard. Cooked it in my new Ninja crock pot on low for 8 hours.
When I first put it all in the crock pot it looked a bit dry so I added a cup of water, but when it cooked it ended up being too much liquid So I needed to thicken it up with a corn starch slurry.
The serving wound up being pretty big for only 426 calories so I’m pretty happy about that. I was originally planning on serving it over rice, but it might be hearty enough to have on its own.

Soooo chicken soup then? LOL it looks great! I made something similar once and made some little pie crust croutons using refrigerated pie dough.
What app are you using? It seems to be very clean
Pour some bisquick over the top and bake it at 400 for 45 minutes, and you’ve pretty much got my family pour pie casserole recipe
Delicious!
This is cool because you can have a different starch every night and have it be different. Id add some lemon juice to it if I mixed it with rice too
This is the only way!!!
