    Don’t worry about what it is. Just eat it. It’ll make a terd no matter what it is or what it tastes like

    Is it from a food bank? At best, it’s a ribeye, tenderloin, or sirloin roast. At worst, it’s a tougher cut like chuck. Can you unwrap it?

    Tri tip is the first thing I’d think of if I heard “steak roast,” but that doesn’t look like tri tip. Probably a chuck roast.
