This is my most default meal prep. Cooked up a large pot of Tonjiru (pork and veggie miso stew). The veggies are leek, onion, carrot, daikon, beansprout and cabbage, Shimeiji mushrooms. The protein is frozen pork belly and tofu. Added a bit of Gochujang too.
