Got the “Burger Week” burger at Speed-o Cappuccino!! A very underrated vegan food truck in SE Portland. This is their Burger Week special – the Poblano Jammin burger – with poblano pepper jam. Very good. Very mindful. That sauce in the background is their ranch and baby is it thicccccccc. So good. All very good. I love this place. They also have fried Oreos (not pictured). I hope this is porn-y enough for this sub.
