I have no idea how this happened, the bottoms are thin and fragile, the rest is fine tho

Underbaked? It looks like it’s still wet. Either that or you didn’t let it cool down long enough. I have a tendency to want to check immediately after I take them out too but the bottom rips off like that. I’m still working on perfecting my macarons but this is what I’ve noticed with mine when I get this result.
