Worked at a five guys and used get a shift meal every time I worked. So I’d go home with a double burger with bun and a shit ton of toppings because most are free. Use one of the patties cut up as sausage crumbles for next days breakfast along with the extra toppings fried up in eggs. The fry hash is a classic, this almost makes me crave it again. Almost.

Genius if I could ever have leftover fries

Do this all the time but I refry the fries in the leftover bacon grease for maximum cardio damage. Also add an egg

Where are the peanuts??

I worked under the founder when he worked for Legg Mason. All around great guy to be around. After starting Five Guys, he would *surprise tour* his franchisees and hand out crisp $100 bills to the employees when the locations were clean and well run.

It’s wild that we can consider it an upcycle when the fries are already like $6

Gotta do something to unsoggy those fries. This seems like a good way to do it.
