Seasoned with Kinder’s “The Blend” & “Buttery Steakhouse”.
Smoked at 225 until 120 internal, pulled off to rest and seared at 400 for a couple minutes per side. Let rest for 10 minutes with butter before cutting and getting this photo.
Turned out amazing, thoroughly impressed with this little table top PitBoss pellet grill I picked up a couple months ago.
