All this tells me is I need to take more photos of the prepped meals.
Pulled pork, sweet potato, vinegar cabbage
1. Pulled pork is; rub pork with mix of roughly equal parts brown sugar and paprika or whatever spice you want, plus a teaspoon or two of salt. Then fry on all sides to brown/ seal it. Then put into slow cooker, on top of 2 chopped onions and 2 cups of any stock (I usually use chicken). Cook on low for 10 hr or high for ?6 hrs. Remove the fat, serve, I don’t eat the onions after cooking for 10 hours or overnight. The sweet potato is 2kg sweet potatoes, peeled, halved, and coated with olive oil, salt. Cover the tray of potatoes with foil and cook on 180-200C for an hour. Cabbage is; shredded/chopped green cabbage, sat in white vinegar and a teaspoon of salt for 30 mins. Drain the vinegar before adding to the box. I heat it all together and eat the cabbage warm; it tastes good, just can look sad after being in the microwave. I usually eat this with a bottle of hot sauce (Cholula)
