Two days. What are you grilling these on? Panini press?

  2. CosAlliDoIsDance

Only two days left man I’ll miss these post everyday

  3. You are going to have to put these all in a compendium/guide when done, listed by type and rating.

Mmm, havarti cheese is definitely one of my favorites. A local shop makes sandwiches with habanero havarti and its so good.

Only 2 left to go 😞

I salute your efforts over the last year. Well done! We all await the AMA.

Do you have a special cheese prepared for the last day?

    For the curious:

“*Roth cheeses — A classic Gouda, a full-bodied Grand Cru, a buttery Havarti and a rich, aged Cheddar. All made with locally-sourced organic milk.*

*We took the best Wisconsin has to offer and made it creamier. Traditional cheesemaking methods, fresh, organic milk from local family farms and premium ingredients distinguish this extra-creamy Havarti.*

*This havarti is great for additions to other cheese when making Macaroni and cheese or making a quiche as well for making pimento cheese. However, it’s not as creamy as other havarti cheeses but it’s been described as not as flavorful as other Havarti cheeses or as creamy.*

*Perfect for melting on meatloaf, baking into popovers or bread, sandwiches, wraps, & paninis. Pair with fresh or dried fruit, mustards, pickled veggies, pilsner, fruity red wine, & cider.*”
