In the US, I buy the OL Peet’s assortments when I can get them for a good price ($.41/pod is the best I have seen lately).

All year I use the three lighter roasts and save the boxes of the darkest, Nerissimo, for summertime iced coffees. They are 100% arabica but very nicely strong tasting. I brew one at 50 ml over a tall glass of ice with a small amount of sweetening (I use two Lakanto Monkfruit extract drops) and my LorAnn flavorings. I add a few ounces of milk and stir.

If you have a very large cup or like it extra strong, use two pods.

It’s really delicious; the pod flavor works extremely well. (I’m not a big fan of these in hot drinks.)

I made two today: one with 3 droppers of orange and 1 raspberry, the other with 3 droppers of coconut and 1 raspberry.

In the US, I use LorAnn Bakery Emulsions as coffee flavorings. They are not sweetened, just flavors. They’re available on Amazon in many flavors in 4 and 16 ounce bottles. Try a small bottle and order the large if you like it.

I put them in 2-ounce glass bottles with medicine droppers (also on Amazon, includes the tiny funnel) since you need to dose a small amount. I use 1-3 droppers full for a caffe latte. (If you want a flavor mix you’ll use a combination of flavors to reach that amount.) You can add sugar or artificial sweetener if you want.

The raspberry is delicious and very strong so 1 dropper is enough for me. I also enjoy the hazelnut and coconut. Those have a slight artificial taste but I’m fine with them for coffee. My newest favorite is the (orange-flavor) Princess Cake. I often do 2 droppers of that and 1/2 to 1 of raspberry.

They have almost 30 flavors you can try.

I find these better with a very small amount of sweetening. I use one drop of liquid Lakanto Monkfruit extract to sweeten (equivalent to about 1/3 teaspoon of sugar). It’s a natural product.
