I cooked everything on 7 on my stove, which is 2 steps above medium.
1 lb ground beef. Brown and season with cumin, chili powder, and garlic to taste.
1/2 bag frozen sliced onions and peppers. Add and sear with the meat and seasoning after browning the meat.
1 small can tomato paste. Add and mix in. Let simmer for 1 minute to bring out flavor.
1 can Rotel tomatoes, 1 can black beans, 1 can light red kidney beans, 1 can dark red kidney beans. Add, mix, and turn stove to 3 to simmer for 15 minutes.
