All of the 400 peppers came from 4 medium sized plants.

Make hot sauce. I made some mixed with habaneros and ghosts. Roasted them with garlic, red bell pepper and pineapple. Then whirred it up in the blender with apple cider vinegar, salt and lemon juice. Low simmer for 20 minutes and it turned out great.

Maybe start a bear spray company.

A little bit of a planning issue there but you should have a good simple chili sauce recipe on hand so that you can easily use up excess. I dry my excess as they last the longest.

Jillmo 1.5L fermenting jars, sea salt, bottled watered for fermented hot sauce.

  7. Cut in half, dehydrate, turn into chili flakes/powder with food processor. Use on pizza, etc etc etc

My ghost pepper plant is lagging like a mofo. Looks like it’s going to have a ton of peppers on it but they taking forever to get going. Serrano and jalapeño plants already have had numerous fully ripe peppers.

We grow similar things. I think you’re better at both lol

Dehydrate them (cut in half, use seeds and all) and use a dedicated coffee grinder to turn them to powder. Basically it lasts forever, which is about 6 months in my house… But you could spend the Winter perfecting a sauce recipe while eating bowls of chili. Also, with that dehydrator you could make spicy jerky.

I’m in the same boat, have been drying whole pods in my oven. Ghost plant was huge this year

Dry them and store them in mason jars.

Dry them cut them up into small pieces, put the pieces in a pepper grinder and now you can add a pinch of heat to anything and easier to gauge how much is going in.

Make a hot sauce, or dry and crush them into pepper flakes 👹
