Snagged a Lexington Onyx on sale for $75 the other day. Smoked 2 racks of St. Louis cut ribs and 2 half rolls of bologna. I was worried it would be too small but it's perfect for our family. Pretty awesome little grill.
Also, I know the ribs are overcooked. That's how my wife and girls like them. Tried to get them to eat unwrapped ribs a couple times and they hated them. 🤷
