Is this Picanha a steak or a roast?

Sous vide for 3.5 hours at 56c.

Seared on charcoal.

    When you cook it only to medium rare I tend to think of it as a steak 🥩 more than a roast.

    Damm this actually looks good. I don’t know and have never eaten a picanha. Only thing I heard was that picanha was gugas favourite cut.
