I used Nat's What I Reckon's Chilli Con Can't Go Outside with some changes.

  • Used green bell peppers instead of red and yellow as it was the only ones available at the supermarket
  • Spanish paprika due to it being what I currently have in the pantry
  • One deseeded red siling labuyo as one of my parents can't have very spicy food due to health reasons
  • No Brand beef bone stock out of curiosity and it was cheap even though it was at 500ml
  • A piece of Swiss Delice 72 percent dark chocolate is enough. No brown sugar needed
  • Added some salt to make sure since Nat didn't say to add some, but decided to do so since I wasn't sure if the bone stock was salty enough or less salty
  • Had my bowl paired with 2 pieces of soft tortillas reheated in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 175 Fahrenheit
  • Didn't put sour cream and/or grated cheese on mine. Still turned out tasty, but would love to try putting both on my next cook

    Yum. Whenever I make chili, mid-week I might put the chili on burgers, fries or hot dogs.
