Some nights I love having a lil buffet c: Over 35g protein (lunch is my largest and most macro dense meal of the day). I changed my lifestyle…2 weeks ago. I think I should perceive it that way instead of "I'm going to change my lifestyle". It doesn't feel like "going" ever goes anywhere.
