This KEY LIME PIE is summer in a slice!

✨recipe:
3 pouches Graham Crackers
4 oz Macadamia Nuts
Egg
Bourbon Vanilla Extract
Sea Salt
½ cup Salted Butter
1 Lemon
6 Limes
Sour Cream
Cool Whip
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Heavy Whipping Cream
Vanilla Pudding Mix

Directions:
1. In batches, grind up about 3 pouches of graham crackers and 4 tbsp of macadamia nuts. Add softened butter (about a stick), and start combining with an egg all together in a mixing bowl. Pinch of sea salt.
2. Press the crust into a pie tin or dish and bake in the oven at 350°F for 8-10 mins. When finished baking, take out of the oven and put in the freezer.
3. Add 2 cups of whipping cream in a bowl and beat until firm. Set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, mix cool whip, a can of condensed milk, sour cream, and vanilla pudding mix.
5. Cut the limes and lemons in half and squeeze those into a separate container. Add the lemon lime juice to the already made cream and zest a lime and lemon overtop.
6. Remove crust from freezer and start to fill it in by adding in a layer of the cool whip cream concoction.
7. Add about 1 spoonful and a half of the whipped cream to the remainder of the mix and fold, add a second layer.
8. Add the final layer which is mostly whipped cream.
9. Make beautiful “S” in the pie with a spatula, garnish with thin slices of lime cut and twisted wide. Zest a bit of lime overtop. And cut a little heart to put in the middle.
10. Put in the freezer overnight and enjoy! 😉

  2. I have a similar recipe but it tastes ten times better :
Lotus base with melted butter ( refrigerate right after making the base and get on with the mixture below
1 little brick of heavy cream
1 Little container of condensed milk( aprox 300 g)
1 juice of aprox 6 lemons depending on taste
    Lemon shavings
Whisk it, pour it onto the lotus base, refrigerate for a couple of hours
Put some berries on top if wanted, and enjoy!
