Yeah, this whole summer I was adding it to my nighttime cereal snack

I could eat 2lb of strawberries a day if I could afford it. Soooo good

I will at almost a lb of berries every morning for breakfast. Mostly strawberries with some blueberries and blackberries mixed in.

YUM! Put some whipped cream on them too

    One word: YES!

Edit to add more words lol: a sprinkle of cocoa powder and stevia/splenda/monk fruit or whatever sweetner you prefer is a good hack for chocolate covered strawberry cravings.

    Frozen strawberries are my go-to.

For a short time this summer they were $1/pound and I was eating $1 worth a few times a week.

Genuinely asking but I thought this would be a bad idea due to the amount of sugar? Unless Iโ€™ve been misunderstanding this and depriving myself of copious amounts of strawberries, bananas and grapes ๐Ÿ˜”

If they weren’t so crazy expensive sure

I keep a bag of frozen strawberries in my freezer. Whenever I need a healthy, refreshing snack, I make a Crystal Light lemonade and then add a handful of the frozen strawberries.

The strawberries cool the drink like ice cubes, add some extra flavor, and when I’m done drinking they’ve thawed and I can just eat them.

Hear me on this: greek yoghurt, cocoa powder, a good quality chocolate whey, sweetener, and a generous amount of sweet strawberries on top.
