I freeze lemons, whenever I need them I thaw them and use it. They are fresh and juicy.

Is that a lemon after being frozen or did you mean lime?

This is clever! Probably easier to zest too

if you’re first impulse is to correct something when the meaning is clear (we can see these are “limes” since they’re green, but the post is the exact same if the word was “lemon” or “citrus”) maybe think: is it possible someone doesn’t speak english as their primary language? is lime/lemon different in other languages? what benefit is being gained by anyone reading the correction? did anyone learn anything? or did you want to feel smart/superior for pointing out something very obvious that many comments already have?

I’ve never thought to do this! Thanks!

I do that because they are expensive in winter

This can save people from using that bottled with preservatives stuff that never really tastes quite right.

  7. Looks like an upside down serrated knife. Maybe smooth on one side and serrated on the other?

Good idea! I like to squeeze them in an ice tray too. Once frozen, pop them in a ziplock bag or Tupperware container to use as needed.

This applies to other citrus fruits too. Frozen grapes are also bomb.

Lemons and limes change in the freezer and the juice does not look or taste the same.

Can you take better pictures, please?

This is great! I want lemons/limes on demand. Buying a large bag is like a race against time. Thank you 🙏🏼
