This meal was so simple but it had amazing flavor!

Let me start with I hate broccoli so I excluded that. (I always seem to get broccoli or green beans and I hate them both!!)

I love HF shrimp, it’s always a generous portion more than enough for both meals. This meal took about 15 min. While the couscous cooks, you get the shrimp ready and they finish at the same time. Totally simple ingredients that most would have in their pantry so this is easy to recreate.

Loved the lemon garlicky taste. I will definitely make this on my own again. Give it a try for a quick fulfilling meal!

So glad to hear it! This is coming this week!

This is a great dinner- but HORRIBLE leftovers IMO. This probably isn’t an issue for a good chunk of people but I’m a single guy and most meals become leftovers. The couscous coagulates and the whole meal becomes a block of sludge

It’s always funny when I look at the pics first – I was like where’s the broccoli lol, then I read the subject.

I personally sometimes order the recipes based on the vegetable. There’s not many veggies I don’t like but it’s easy to have too much of one if you’re not selective. However, fish meals are pretty limited, at standard cost, so sometimes just gotta take what you get to get a fish option.

One thing I’ve noticed is there shrimp meals are often the most easy to recreate and I’ve loved them all.

Since you mention your dislike of broccoli I would almost consider this specifically for the chili-roasted broccoli. If I had two shrimp options I would pick this one for that. I do like broccoli though, raw, steamed or roasted… boiled can just go into the garbage lol.
