I cook 50g oats in ~450 ml of water, after boiling I let it simmer to moment when it absorbs all the liquid, after that I add protein powder+water and cook for next few mins
And for my plum jam I throwed 2 plums with erythritol and some water to a pan and waited til it became mushy
I also added peanut butter, cinnamon and almond milk to this
