Hey, everyone! So, Iโm pretty much a complete beginner in the kitchenโlike, I even struggle with some of the basics. But I recently decided to give meal prepping a shot cause I wanted to integrate more protein in my diet to build muscle and meal prepping just looked like the ideal option cause I can't cook during the day because of my job. So, I came across an easy ground chicken recipe on youtube and wow, was it amazing! The recipe was super easy to follow, even for someone like me and it hardly took 1.5hrs to prep and cook everything.
The ground chicken absorbed all the spices perfectly, and the curry was packed with flavor. It has got me so motivated, that I've started looking up recipes for next week.
The macros for each serving are below:
610 Calories
65g C | 49g P | 16g F.

Curries of all types are just great meal prep. Their flavor is better after staying in the fridge for a bit, itโs nice!
Big fan of TMPM. Just made the Japanese Beef Curry and it was delicious and reheated really well too. We make his granola recipe weekly. Also a big fan of the Honey Garlic Noodles and the Yellow Coconut Curry chicken if you’re looking for more of his recipes to try!
