One of my favorite low cal meals is a sushi bowl. I use a mix of half white rice and half cauliflower rice. Today’s lunch came in at 380 calories for the whole bowl! Delicious and filling 😁 also included the full calorie count for everything included. I also add bell pepper and cucumber sometimes. The possibilities are endless and you can add or remove additional veggies as you like
