This stuff looks incredible and you get away with making hummus, quickly, with only a tablespoon of tahini and a tablespoon of yogurt (and something tells me it could work with a lower fat yogurt). The recipe lets the aqaufaba (water from the chickpea can) do some of the magic.

While I haven’t gotten to make this yet, my intuition tells me it’s a very good recipe. Let us know if you try it or have any related tips or thoughts.

🥣 Msabaha Recipe:
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 can chickpeas (400g incl. liquid)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp yogurt
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt to taste
chopped parsley (optional).

But there are some subtle things that you have to do like heat-reducing the chickpea liquid and combining the lemon juice and tahini to form a paste. Worth watching the video.

(The main recipe on the video starts at around 5m30s)
