    Cant say I’ve ever seen the Mozarella take on colour from the sauce using this method though! What was the total cook time?

  6. I was lucky enough to be taught how to make pizza by Chris Bianco and one of the first things he said when we actually got down to the day of getting in the kitchen and down to it, his first line was ‘right, cheese and tomato on toast’

    This sir/ma’am/otherwise looks like beautiful cheese on toast.

    And thank you for bringing back a memory.
