Late post, but tried out a new recipe this week for something that I have never had before. I made a triple batch of this recipe (https://www.indianhealthyrecipes.com/chicken-jalfrezi/) to make 4 meals for me and my partner (2x size). On the spicier side but really enjoying it!
Nutritional info based on building the recipe in MFP (with rice, single sized portion) – 510 cal, 52 g carbs, 16 g fat, 39 g protein.
