Anyways, this is a great idea!! I won’t be in that area of the world anytime soon, or I would buy one … dozen duh lol. So I am going to try my hand at making this!! I have allergies, so I’m a forced vegan for baked goods and gluten free (and mold and etc etc). BUT I’ve got a great vegan buttercream that if I whipped up a bit more would be that center crème. I’ve made an incredible devil’s chocolate cake with hint of espresso so that’s an easy fix – I’ll just make it into cupcakes. Now that top frosting vegan chocolate ganache would be the new recipe challenge (but thank you magic of coconut cream very doable), another challange along with that would be that zip-a-dee-doo-dah of a line of vanilla icing. If I can remember, I’ll post a picture of my attempt. Challenge accepted, truly thank you for this idea!!
