Last year I had ~6 pepper plants. This year I have ~40. I still have hot sauce, flakes and powder from the hundreds of habanero fruits of last year. Now I am inundated! Mix of various habs, reapers, WAL7, ghosts. Its a lot of work deciding what to do with each and when. It will be a mix of powders, flakes, fresh sauces, and ferments.
Any recipes/suggestions appreciated. I’m particularly keen on doing something new with the Chocolate Habs which are fruiting crazy.

I have made jellies (people love it on cheese and sandwiches) and salt. Habenero chili oil?
I am in the same boat and realized that I now prefer pickled ghosts over habaneros. Love the extra heat with a similar flavor profile to habs. They pickle really well with a stick of cinnamon in there.
Everyone I know got homemade hot sauce for Christmas last year
Get a booth at a local farmers market and sell some of your hot sauce and flakes
I’d be more than happy to take some off your hands!!! 😄
Beautiful haul!
It’s the most scoville time, of the year! With ghost peppers dooming, and the Reapers are looming over your tongue with great fear! It’s the most scoville time, of the YEAR!!!
I’m in same dam boat as you. Deciding what to do with which.
I’ve had some in the freezer for over a year. Still look just as vibrant as ever, and i’ve noticed very little difference from fresh when i’ve used a few.
