Recently had a weird issue where some of my pours look like this (see the edges of the heart where it looks as if the milk is breaming a bit).

Some details:
-Using medium-light roast beans that are about 2 weeks old.
-Happens to both my skim and full cream, Ive even tried a different milk but no luck. Doesnt happen to alternate milk
-21g in, 40g out, 26 seconds if that means anything
-affects the taste when it does happen, i think making it more sour? Hard to tell

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂
