Sharing another volumized dinner! It's not low cal like most of the stuff shared on this sub, but even when I'm on a lean bulk I still find myself hungry without volume food. This could be made low cal with some protein/carb substitutions tho.

Crispy Salmon head with Miso cream sauce:
– Base: white + mixed grain rice, nori seaweed

  • Volumizer (AKA veg): Stir fried cabbage, enoki and king oyster mushrooms, onions

  • Protein: Air fried salmon head

  • Sauce: Miso Tofu cream sauce (check pic 5 for recipe! Air fried the aromatics before blending everything tgt and thats it)

Highly recommend the miso tofu, the salt/pepper/msg amounts there are moreso placeholders, I'd adjust to taste. When done, it tastes like a miso ramen broth🤌

The bowl I'm using is supposed to be a sharing salad bowl, hopefully that helps scale the volume.
