I recently made overnight oats thanks to needing an alternative to oatmeal. I have been experimenting and think I finally found something I enjoy and is so easy to make.
This specifically uses Ryses Strawberry Shortcake Rolls flavor. Ingredients in photo. But some things I would add:
The 1 scoop of protein makes it incredibly strong, you can either scale back to 0.5-0.75 scoops of protein, or increase the oat and milk 0.75 cup of oats and 1 cup oat milk could be better. Also the honey is not needed, I just like honey.
But I absolutely love it how it’s described above and really hits my sweet tooth while having 484 calories total, 43 grams of protein, 8g of fat, and 66grams of carbs. The macros are pretty solid for it as well which I enjoy as I usually have it before my morning run or right before a workout. Thanks to this subreddit for the idea!
