Today, customer service got a confused laugh outta me because it's been a long day & I needed one. πŸ˜…πŸ˜… anyone else ever experience this?

    I was chatting with support the other day. They also transferred me to a “live” agent. I’m pretty sure they just use a bad ai.

    Colby is the name of the chatbot that Everyplate uses. I think hello fresh and everyplate share customer support services – I’ve gotten some confusing responses from them similar to this. I tried reporting a missing ingredient to everyplate support and they sent me a link to hello fresh’s self reporting feature, which doesn’t work with an everyplate account.

    Their CS team needs some work for sure

    Their customer service has tanked recently. Usually once my last promo order ships I go ahead & cancel my subscription in hopes they send me another. Never an issue. This time tdespite me telling the agent 3+ times I wanted the previous order that had been paid for & shipped they couldn’t understand that I could want that while canceling the subscription somehow.. so they up & refunded me canceling my box πŸ˜…
