These are Fatalii peppers and they are hot as balls (125,000 – 400,000 scoville). I meant to plant one, but inadvertently grew two. And are they prolific? I already have a 1/2 gallon jar of these fermenting for hot sauce. Any other suggestions?

Jam/jelly. You can include some bell peppers to tame the heat.

Make Pineapple Habanero Jam. Buy some canned pineapple, the Habaneros & Jam pectin. Simply follow the easy instructions on the box and place in clean jars.

I fermented some habaneros last year with garlic, onion, and lemons drop peppers and it was unreal! That looks like a decent haul so you should experiment with a few small batch fermentations and try to find a good flavor combo!

Jam is a good one, and I’ve started making candied peppers as well. YOu can always dry it and grind it into a powder.

If you wanna go crazy grind only the seeds for the spiciest powder, and use the flesh for jam and candied peppers. And of course you can make pickled peppers if your name is Peter
