So, I love Via 313 and have considered them my favorite pizza place in Austin since I learned about them around a decade ago. I’ve always thoroughly enjoyed their Detroit style pizza but recently, I found out about their bar style pizza.
Let me tell you, it is incredible in my personal opinion. From the flavors, to the crust always being perfectly cooked, to the lightness of it compared to the Detroit style, they’ve become my go-to.
It seems like most people aren’t familiar with this option or just go with the traditional, well-know Detroit style, so I felt the need to share my thoughts.
