Well it’s not sunday but for me it’s a meal prep before hot days day. In my appartment it gets very warm on hot days, so I always like to be prepared with a few meals so I do not have to cook those days and prevent to make it even warmer. Ironically this is also my first ‘autumn’ meal! Had not touched my slowcooker in a while, but I am completely in an autumn mood- which means stews! I got sent the recipe for the meatballs after I saw a picture of a friend’s meal on instagram.
It’s soo delicious! Feels like I am in Ireland eating in a pub on a rainy day. I will definitely be making this a lot more often!!
