Black Strawberry

The Black Strawberry tomato is a cherry tomato variety that is a cross between the Bosque Blue and Strawberry Tiger tomatoes. It has a sweet and tart flavour, and its fruit can range in colour from strawberry to purple to almost black. The colour of the tomato depends on how much sunlight it gets, with more sun resulting in darker colours thanks to the relationship between anthocyanin and light.
