I typically spend $40-$90/week on ingredients. Gets 15 meals & 10-20 “snacks” (not shown) i make for in between meals.

Breakfast: Eggs, sautéd spinach & mushroom, rainbow cauliflower.

Lunch: Hibachi chicken, veggie (zucchini, carrot, broccoli), and white rice. I’ll have a pack of seaweed & half an avocado with it.

Dinner: Ground turkey with some random herb seasoning i had, zucchini & yellow squash, & sweet potatoes. Will also toast up some sourdough, and add the other half of an avocado.
