I agree, it’s suss. It’s basically chicken bone and vegetable tea, so it’s gonna be pretty low regardless.

That the amount is 0? I believe companies can label something as 0 if the calorie amount is below 5 calories. Either way, the calories in the broth are negligible.

2g carbs and 1g protein is 12 calories, but I wouldn’t worry about it with it being so low. Especially since the number of carbs and protein are allowed to be rounded off a little

that’s why i don’t go by the actual listed calories. they are hardly ever accurate due to being able to lie within a certain margin as well as being able to round down

It’s 12 calories. You really don’t need to log 12 cal. The entire box is 24 cal

In some countrys anything under 5 cals per serving can be declared as 0 cals on the nutrition label
