Chopped hot dog Chopped bacon Chopped potatoes thrown in all at once high heat to crisp potatoes then lower heat to get them soft. Added rosemary salt pepper.

We make variations on this a lot, and what works well also is to bake the diced potatoes first (about 30-60 minutes) and then chuck them into the frying pan. And we add cheese. I swear a chunk of our food budget goes to cheese. It makes budget meals better.
