I’ve always hated cottage cheese, but the simple act of putting it in a blender has completely changed my outlook! I use it this morning as the base for my smoked salmon red onion toast. I added garlic salt, dill, and pepper to the blended cottage cheese, but I don’t bother with tracking calories for spices. This keeps me full for several hours and is delicious! A bit over 200 cal and 17 g of protein.
