It was delicious. The dill and habanero were a good combination, enhanced by the slight sweetness of the brioche. The pan was small, so they got a little messed up, and there was some significant charring on the other side, but that charring actually added some extra depth to the flavor. I certainly recommend trying them yourself. We shredded blocks of the habanero cheddar and dill havarti to help it melt well, and went with sliced mozzarella.

Gonna need some pictures of the cheese so we know how to make what sounds like a delicious sammich!
Awesome!
I want this instead of the cold Smart Dog I just ate after my third night shift in a row. Do you deliver?
