Looks delicious. Those aren’t smashburgers, though

Pro tip: Get a flat griddle to do the smash burgers on.

Need a little more smashing but they do look delicious!

You have to flatten those burgers until see through for smash burgers. But looks good.

Any burger is smash burger if you just believe it is

I’ve seen it a few times now- why cut the hot dogs like that? Just curious

  7. ChumboKrumbles

What’s the idea behind slicing up the dogs?

Are the smashburgers in the room with us right now?

  9. I thought those smash burgers would be a lot more smashed. That John Denver is full of shit man

Much like my teenage years, I tried to smash. Didn’t totally succeed. But they started round and I smashed as much as I could given the amount of meat and time I had. It was a small party.

The hot dogs are spiraled for more crispy charred surface area. Cheap tool on Amazon.

Look good, but you obviously don’t understand what a smashburger is. HINT – these aint it.

Why do people slit their weiners like that? Does it help with the heating process?

  13. Those are definitely smash burgers. It’s the process more than how they look. I’d bet half these clowns never even made em.

I do them on my kettle too. However just two at a time so I can really smash them thin.
