My boss isn't here to teach me so I rely on Instagram videos. Can you tell where I went wrong (it's obviously flawed) and maybe tips on how to not break the crema at all? I definitely improved but I still can't get it "perfect perfect" and sadly don't have more pics as I don't want to let customers wait 🥲
