Not the best presentation but decided to try and make ramen from scratch for my family. Turned out delicious at least!

    For the chashu, I’ve noticed that if I roll it, blanch it, and cool overnight before slicing, turn thru stay in a tighter spiral shape.

    I’m sure more experienced people will offer better advice
