I am pretty proud of the way these turned out. My second set of cookies so far. I succeeded even though I bought the wrong bags. I thought ANY bags were tipless if you didn't use a tip – turns out, non tipless bags have huge seams that hang in the way and I just couldn't trim them without cutting into the icing space of the bag. This is why my plaid cookie looks so…wonky.

The class was great. Thorough. The workbook especially. Definitely worth my 25 bucks!

That’s awesome!! Her classes always seemed like a good place for absolute beginners to start. When you’re wanting some more advanced classes look into How to Cake It. If you get on their mailing list they send out coupon codes for classes all the time. They also stack if the class is already on sale. I think I recently paid $12 for a Halloween class!

They look amazing! I was thinking of taking her class or the How To Bake It Class. Thanks for sharing!
