

I had ground pork that I was supposed to use for meatball ramen this week but I wasn’t feeling that today so I looked through my bags of HF that I haven’t gotten around to cooking (anyone else do this??) and decided to use it for this.
So I no longer had the zucchini to add but I thought this came out great! Probably would have been better with the chicken sausage but I thought it had great flavor. This definitely made about 3 servings. I’m also kicking myself cause I forgot to add Parmesan…D’Oh!! I was just really hungry! I wish I also had some French bread. I really gotta get some Texas toast to keep in the freezer for times like this.
I loved that this was quick and easy. All the ingredients are things most of us have in our pantries so it can be one of those great last minute meals in the future. Definitely one to add to the rotation.

I liked this a lot but I think I would like it better with the pork or even ground beef. I’m not a fan of Italian sausage/chicken flavor. This is definitely one of the meals I plan on remaking and switching some ingredients to better fit my personal taste.
