For my UK peeps, I’ve found a sweetener that both tastes and had the consistency of sugar all for 1 calorie per 100g

It doesn't seem like a huge volume hack alone but paired with the right things, I'd say it is. For example with fruit, I'm one of those who loves strawberries drenched in sugar but that adds up fast. I also find powdery sweetener isn't the consistency I'm looking for and it doesn't taste sugary enough. This stuff though, I love it. Surprisingly it tastes like the real deal and that texture makes it even better. It's a bit pricey (I paid £4.30 for it at Sainsbury's) but it's a decent amount you get and I'd say worth the money, at least to me.
