I'm doing country style ribs (basically a weird pork shoulder cut) and bacon wrapped jalapeños. Gonna throw on some asparagus too at the end. (I waited for that grease fire to stop before closing the lid)

Costco had Cajun pork chops on sale. I grilled them over charcoal while my wife made up beans with sliced almonds, heritage carrots and a dill salad. It was a pretty great labour day BBQ if I do say so myself!

No photo, but did a spatchcock chicken with peppers and onions plus an everything cream cheese. When those came off, I threw on 4 pounds of flap meat in a galbi marinade and 3 pounds of shrimp for fajitas with the peppers and onions.

I grilled hot dogs for the kids buuuuuuut, I smoked a spatchcocked chicken with Cajun rub and butter/chicken broth injection and it came out awesome! Had mashed potatoes, green beans, Caesar salad and biscuits for the sides. The skin was nice and crisp and chicken was super juicy!

Chicken thighs reverse seared ala Meathead. With my own version of Kansas City sauce, not as sweet, a little hotter, touch more vinegary.

Porterhouse was on sale so I snagged one. Sweet corn on the cob. Sautéd yellow onion in butter with Lawry and pepper. Asparagus too. All on my weber performer charcoal grill. Smoking some jerky as well on my Smokey Mountain.
